A barn conversion, the farm cottage was originally a calf house and tool store for the farm.

Today it is a luxuriously appointed and very well equipped cottage providing comfort and convenience for visitors. Comprising three bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin) the cottage comfortably sleeps 6 people. Enjoy your meals around the long refectory table in the dining room and relax around the magnificent stone fireplace with real wood fire in the large open beamed lounge. A television, DVD and CD player are provided. Alternatively soak up the sunshine and views around the outdoor table. A large charcoal barbecue is provided for guest use. Centrally heated and double glazed throughout, downstairs features slate floors and beamed ceilings whilst the bedrooms are carpeted for your comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and automatic washing machine. The bathroom has a full size bath and a power shower. A combi boiler ensures there is always hot water on demand!

Prices include all bed linen, towels, electricity, heating and logs. A cream tea will be provided to welcome you.

There is ample private parking close to the cottage. Parking for boats can be provided by arrangement. We do not allow smoking inside the cottage. We can accept dogs by special arrangement.
